50-3-305. Reports of inspections and investigations.

The commissioner of labor and workforce development is authorized to compile, analyze and publish, either in summary or detailed form, all reports or information obtained under §§ 50-3-301 50-3-304, this section and § 50-3-306, subject to the restriction of § 50-3-915.
