54-12-421. Redemption of lands by minors and persons of unsound mind within a year of removal of disability.
Minors and persons who are of unsound mind shall have the further period of one (1) year after the removal of the disabilities in which to redeem their lands sold under this chapter under like terms as to amounts to be paid, in redemption, as provided in § 54-12-418.
