54-13-204. Application made to county of petitioner's residence.

If the application is to build a toll bridge across a stream that, at the place where the bridge is to be located, is the boundary of two (2) counties, and the applicant is not owner of the land on both sides of the stream, the applicant shall make application to the legislative body of the county where the applicant resides.
