54-13-315. Penalty for extortion in ferriage Qui tam action.

Any ferry keeper who asks, demands, or receives a greater price for ferriage than the rates established by the members of the county legislative body, or by law, shall forfeit one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125), to be recovered by the informer to the informer's own use.
