54-5-1104. Successful bidders Payments.

Successful bidders for contracts to perform administrative services shall pay an amount necessary to reimburse the department for the estimated amount of the department's costs to provide a system of specific service signs, together with the estimated amount that would be earned on the money used to fund the costs, amortized over ten (10) years.
