55-18-107. Violation of law or rules and regulations Penalty.

(a)  It is unlawful for any person, firm, association, copartnership, corporation, company or other organization to organize, operate, or in any way solicit members for an automobile club or association, or offer any motor club service, except in the manner provided in this chapter and under the rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner.

(b)  Any person, firm, association, copartnership, corporation, company or other organization violating this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor.
