56-13-113. Reports and statements.

All captive insurance companies authorized to do business under this chapter shall, annually, on or before March 1, file in the office of the commissioner a statement that exhibits its financial condition on December 31 of the previous year, and its business of that year. The statement shall be subscribed and sworn to by the president and secretary, or in their absence, by two (2) of its principal officers. Each statement filed by a captive insurance company shall be in the form approved by the commissioner.
