56-13-127. Exemption from compulsory associations.

Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, no captive insurance company shall be compelled to join or contribute financially to any plan, pool, association or guaranty or insolvency fund in this state; nor shall any captive insurance company or its insured receive any benefit from the plan, pool, association or guaranty or insolvency fund for claims arising out of operations of the captive insurance company.
