56-13-130. Conversion of stock insurance corporation into mutual insurance corporation.
Any domestic stock insurance corporation licensed under this chapter may be converted into a mutual insurance corporation licensed under this chapter pursuant to the procedures provided in §§ 56-18-108 56-18-116, except that the parts of the procedures that are inconsistent with the conversion shall not apply.
