56-51-154. Applicability of provisions of title 56, chapter 32 to successor organizations.
Provisions of title 56, chapter 32 that are specifically applicable to health maintenance organizations that participate in the TennCare Program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, compiled in 42 U.S.C. § 1396 et seq., or any successor to the TennCare program, shall also be applicable to prepaid limited health service organizations that participate in the TennCare program or any successor program.
