56-7-3011. Mandated coverage of other parts not required. [Effective until June 30, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

Plans offered through the program shall not be required to provide the mandated coverage or the mandated offers of coverage required pursuant to part 23, 24, 25 or 26 of this chapter, including any similar mandates that may be added in the future to this or any other chapter.
