56-7-3015. Coordination of program with other programs offered by state. [Effective until June 30, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

The department shall, to the extent feasible, ensure that the application processes for this program are simplified and are coordinated with other health benefits coverage programs offered by the state. The department shall seek to direct individuals into the health benefits coverage program that offers the most appropriate coverage for the individual, taking into account the individual's unique circumstances.
