56-7-3023. Certification of application. [Effective until June 30, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

All applications for enrollment in the program created under this part shall be signed by the applicant, who shall certify under oath and subject to criminal penalties, including perjury, that the information contained in the application is true and accurate, including, but not limited to, any representations that the individual has been without health benefits coverage for at least six (6) months prior to application.
