57-1-111. Bonds of commission and employees Full-time employment.

(a)  The members of the commission, the director, the chief law enforcement officer and all other personnel employed to assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall execute and give bond payable to the state of Tennessee in an amount to be determined by the treasurer, comptroller and commissioner of finance and administration, and such bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of their office.

(b)  The director, the chief law enforcement officer and all other law enforcement personnel shall be employed only on a full-time basis.
