57-1-208. Enforcement of § 39-17-417(g).

In addition to the other duties imposed under this chapter, the commission is authorized to enforce the provisions of § 39-17-417(g), and for that purpose the officers and agents of the commission shall have the same authority and power as that exercised by the officers and investigators of the Tennessee bureau of investigation. The authority and power to investigate violations of § 39-17-417 shall be limited to Schedule VI controlled substances.
