57-3-608. Permittees to furnish samples Examination and testing by commission.
(a) Before a nonresident seller's permittee may ship distilled spirits into this state, the permitee shall furnish the commission samples of each brand, properly labeled, and in the containers in which they are to be sold.
(b) The commission or its authorized agents may test the contents and examine the label and container of the samples and determine whether they meet requirements of state law and of the rules of the commission.
