57-7-108. Violations by druggists Penalties.

A druggist who has been convicted of the violation of this chapter shall not, within two (2) years thereafter, sell alcohol or wine for any purpose; and upon a second conviction for the violation of any such provision, such druggist shall forfeit the druggist's license and no other license to engage in the business of a druggist shall issue within two (2) years from the date of conviction.
