57-8-101. Chapter definitions.

As used in this chapter:

     (1)  “Soft drink stands” includes all drug stores, storehouses, shops, houses, buildings, stands or places of whatever character where soft drinks are kept for sale by retail or wholesale; and

     (2)  “Soft drinks” includes all liquids sold by retail or wholesale for use as a drink, food, refreshment beverage, or stimulant.
