57-8-110. Proceedings to abate nuisance Reputation evidence admissible.
Upon the trial thereof, evidence of the general reputation of the soft drink stand where the nuisance is alleged to exist shall be admissible for the purpose of proving or tending to prove the existence of such nuisance.
