59-4-402. Rules and regulations.
The commissioner is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this chapter and the provisions of chapter 12, part 1 of this title. All such rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
