59-8-356. Rules and regulations.
All rules and regulations promulgated and now in force for the abandoned mine land reclamation program, published by the secretary of state as chapter 0400-1-24 shall remain in full force and effect. All other rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this part, except as otherwise provided in §§ 59-8-351 59-8-356, are repealed.
