6-59-106. Rules and regulations. [Effective until June 30, 2015. See the Compiler's Notes.]

The department of revenue and the department of finance and administration are authorized to adopt rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to implement the provisions of this chapter.
