62-3-104. Record of proceedings.

(a)  The board shall keep a record of its proceedings relating to the issuance, refusal, renewal, suspension and revocation of certificates of registration.

(b)  This record shall also contain the name, place of business and residence of each master barber and the date and number of the master barber's certificate of registration.

(c)  This record shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
