64-10-111. Receipt of grants, appropriations, and other contributions.
In addition to the provisions of § 64-10-110, the authority may receive grants, appropriations, other contributions of funds, and real or personal property, from the state of Tennessee, the federal government, any other governmental entity, or any non-profit organization, individuals, companies, or corporations.
