65-34-105. Tennessee regulatory authority Jurisdiction Powers.

The Tennessee regulatory authority has jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes concerning the boundaries of the current geographic territories of nonconsumer owned electric systems. The authority may promulgate and enforce appropriate rules not consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
