66-32-134. Violation of §§ 66-32-131 66-32-133.
Whenever the commission determines from evidence available to it that a person is violating or failing to comply with the requirements of §§ 66-32-131 66-32-133, the commission may order the person to cease and desist from such violations and may take enforcement action under the provisions of §§ 66-32-121 66-32-126.
