67-1-1615. Penalties for violations paid into school fund.

Any and all officers entrusted with the collection and disbursement of public funds or revenues violating the provisions of this part, parts 7, 10 or 15 of this chapter, chapter 5, parts 4, 18, 19 or 20 of this title, or § 67-1-107, § 67-5-301, § 67-5-302, § 67-5-306, § 67-5-507 or § 67-5-513, upon whom no penalty has been imposed for so doing, commits a Class C misdemeanor, the fine portion of which shall be placed in the state treasury for the benefit of the public school fund.
