67-2-106. List of stockholders.

(a)  Every corporation having stockholders in this state shall furnish to the commissioner a list of such stockholders to whom dividends are paid, their last known addresses and the amount of dividends paid.

(b)  This information shall be furnished by the corporation on such form or forms as may be provided or approved by the commissioner and at such time or times as may be required by the commissioner by such regulations as the commissioner may promulgate for that purpose.
