68-1-110. Annual list of medicaid and aid to families with dependent children options.

The departments of health and human services shall jointly provide to the general welfare committee of each house, on or before December 31 each year, a written list of the options available to the state, and the extent of federal financial participation for each option, under medicaid and temporary assistance for needy families (TANF).
