68-11-1805. Model forms Rules and regulations.
(a) The board for licensing health care facilities shall develop and issue appropriate model forms for advance directives that are consistent with provisions of this part.
(b) The board for licensing health care facilities is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in order to implement the provisions of this part, in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
