68-11-705. Mentally ill and mentally retarded persons.

In promulgating the regulations regarding transfers of hospital inpatients, as required by the provisions of this part, the board for licensing health care facilities shall give due regard to the provisions of title 33, regarding commitment and transfer of mentally ill and mentally retarded persons, it being the express legislative intent that neither this part nor the regulations promulgated pursuant to this part shall be construed to constitute an amendment or modification of the provisions of title 33.
