68-15-103. Condition of workshop Notice of location Inspection of clothing.

Every workshop shall be kept in a clean state and shall be subject to the provisions of this part. Each of the articles made, altered, repaired or finished in any such workshop shall be subject to examination and inspection, as provided in this part, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the articles, or any of them or any part of the articles, are in a clean condition and free from vermin and any matter of an infectious and contagious nature. Every person, so occupying or having control of any workshop, shall, within fourteen (14) days from the time of beginning of work in any such workshop, notify the board of health of the location of such workshops, the nature of the work carried on there, and the number of persons employed there.
