68-221-413. Violations Penalty.

(a)  Any person violating any of the provisions of this part and rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this part commits a Class C misdemeanor.

(b)  It is the duty of the district attorney general in whose district a violation occurs to assist the commissioner in prosecuting such violations.
