68-221-914. Appeals of board's rulings.
(a) Any person having a hearing before the board appealing any order, ruling or civil penalty assessment issued by the commissioner may appeal the board's ruling to the chancery court of Davidson County.
(b) Such appeal must be filed within sixty (60) days.
