68-29-123. Representation of unlicensed laboratory prohibited Requirements for collection, transportation and preservation of specimens prescribed by board.
(a) No person shall represent, or maintain an office or specimen collection station or other facilities for the representation of any medical laboratory situated in this state or any other state, that makes examinations in connection with the diagnosis and control of diseases, unless the medical laboratory is licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The board may, from time to time, determine which tests may be performed on specimens shipped through the mails and may prescribe requirements for collection, transportation and preservation of such specimens.
