68-55-205. Annual report.

The advisory council shall submit an annual report to the health and human resources committee of the house of representatives and the general welfare, health and human resources committee of the senate, including, but not limited to, the incidence and status of TBIs in Tennessee, the administration of the office of the TBI coordinator and the registry and recommendations for modifications in the office and registry and for improving the delivery of services to persons with these injuries.
