69-2-103. Rules and regulations.

The commissioner is authorized to perform any and all acts and to make such rules and regulations as may be appropriate for the purpose of carrying the provisions of this chapter into full force and effect. Any violation of the rules and regulations made by the commissioner is a Class C misdemeanor.
