69-3-129. Disposition of damage payments and penalties Special fund.
All damages or penalties, or both, assessed and collected under the provisions of §§ 69-3-123 69-3-128, shall be placed in a special fund by the pretreatment agency and allocated and appropriated to the pretreatment agency for the administration of its pretreatment program.
