7-32-127. New assessment to replace assessment set aside.

If in any court any final assessment made in pursuance of this chapter is set aside for irregularities, omissions, or defects in the proceedings, then the legislative body of such city may, upon recommendation and notice as required in the making of an original assessment, make a new assessment in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
