7-35-102. Determination and payment of damages.

The compensation for damages in such taking shall be paid by the municipalities, and shall be determined in the mode provided by §§ 7-31-107 7-31-111; and the rights and powers contained in those sections are conferred upon all of the municipal corporations, as specifically as if enacted into the provisions of this section.
