7-82-604. Terms of commissioners.

In cases where more than three (3) commissioners are nominated under the provisions of this chapter, such commissioners shall be appointed for terms of two (2), three (3) and four (4) years, the number of commissioners appointed for each such term to be as nearly equal as possible.
