7-84-530. Exemptions from part.
The provisions of this part shall not apply in any county having a population of not less than forty-nine thousand two hundred seventy-five (49,275) nor more than forty-nine thousand three hundred seventy-five (49,375), according to the 1980 federal census or any subsequent federal census.
