70-7-203. Part definitions. [Effective until July 1, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:

     (1)  “Inherent risk or risks” means those dangers or conditions that are characteristic of, intrinsic to, or an integral part of white water rafting;

     (2)  “Provider” means a person, business entity or governmental entity that promotes, offers or conducts white water rafting activities or opportunities; and

     (3)  “White water rafting” means white water rafting on a fast flowing river that is located within the state of Tennessee.
