71-2-106. Reimbursement for expenses of commission members.
Members of the commission shall receive no compensation for their services other than a reimbursement for traveling and other expense incurred in the attendance of meetings required by this part or other meetings authorized by the commission. All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the provisions of the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
