71-2-204. Determination of amount of assistance.

The amount of assistance that any person shall receive in the form of supplementary money payments shall be determined by an application of the provisions of § 212(a) of Public Law 93-66 and rules and regulations made by the department establishing standards of need and allowable resources to the recipient's present personal and economic circumstances.
