8-30-206. Cooperation of officers and employees required Penalty for failure to comply.

(a)  All officers and employees of the state shall comply with, and aid in all proper ways in carrying out, the provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations and orders thereunder.

(b)  A state officer or employee who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter or with any rule, regulation or order thereunder commits a Class C misdemeanor.
