8-30-220. Public facilities used for hearings and examinations.
All officers and employees of the state and of municipalities and political subdivisions of the state shall allow the department the reasonable use of public buildings under their control for an examination, hearing or investigation authorized by this part or part 3 of this chapter, and shall furnish heat, light and furniture therein. The department shall pay to a municipality or political subdivision the reasonable cost of any such facilities furnished by it.
