8-30-313. Addition to list of employee removed during probation.

If any employee is removed from a position during or at the end of the employee's probationary period, and the commissioner determines that the employee is suitable for appointment to another position, the employee's name may be restored to the list from which the employee was certified. If any such employee was a regular employee in another position in the career service immediately prior to appointment, the employee's name shall be placed on the divisional reemployment list and the service-wide reemployment list for the class of the position in which the employee was a regular employee.
