8-30-403. Administration in compliance with equal employment opportunity policies and procedures. [Effective until June 30, 2010. See the Compiler's Notes.]

This part shall be administered consistent with the state's equal employment opportunity policies and obligations. All actions taken pursuant to this part shall be in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal civil rights laws.
