9-1-106. Negotiability of public bonds.
The negotiability of all bonds issued by this state, any county, municipal corporation or other subdivision or public agency thereof shall be governed by the Uniform Commercial Code Investment Securities, compiled in title 47, chapter 8, the provisions of any other statute to the contrary notwithstanding.
